RATES - COUNSELING SESSIONS

Initial Assessment - $200.00

Counseling Sessions - $175.00/60-Minute Session

Note: As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I accept insurance and am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, Cigna, Evernorth, and Humana. Reduced rates are available based on financial need, and no-interest payment plans are also available.

Counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What is my co-pay?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of co-pays and any non-covered counseling/coaching balances.

Zelle and Venmo payments are accepted as well.

RATES - LIFE COACHING/RELATIONSHIP COACHING/PARENT COACHING

$75.00 per 60-minute session.

*Please note that coaching is not covered by insurance; however, no-interest payment plans are available.

You might also consider purchasing a cost-effective coaching package.

Coaching Packages

Elite Coaching Package: 480 minutes of coaching to be used during a four-month consecutive time period

(divided up as you wish in any combination of 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions - in person or by phone or zoom).

Cost - $500. This package represents a $100.00 savings off of the individual rate for eight total hours of coaching and is non-refundable after the first session. Appointments can be rescheduled when necessary, as long as your new requested appointment time is available, it falls within the 4-month window, and a full-day's notice is provided.

Silver Coaching Package: 720 minutes of coaching to be used during a six-month time period

(divided up as you wish in any combination of 15,30,45, or 60-minute sessions - in person or by phone or zoom).

Cost - $750. This package represents a $150.00 savings off of the individual rate for 12 total hours of coaching and is non-refundable after the first session. Appointments can be rescheduled when necessary as long as your new requested appointment time is available, it falls within the 6-month window, and a full-day's notice is provided.

Gold Coaching Package: 960 minutes of coaching to be used during a nine-month time period

(divided up as you wish in any combination of 15,30,45, or 60-minute sessions - in person or by phone or zoom).

$1000. This package represents a $200.00 savings off of the individual rate for 16 total hours of coaching and is non-refundable after the first session. Appointments can be rescheduled when necessary as long as your new requested appointment time is available, it falls within the 9-month window, and a full-day's notice is provided.

Platinum Coaching Package: 1500 minutes of coaching to be used during a twelve-month time period

(divided up as you wish in any combination of 15,30,45, or 60-minute sessions - in person or by phone or zoom).

$1500. This package represents a $375.00 savings off of the individual rate for 25 total hours of coaching and is non-refundable after the first session.

Appointments can be rescheduled when necessary as long as your new requested appointment time is available, it falls within the 12-month window, and a full-day's notice is provided.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Zelle and Venmo payments are accepted as well.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy/coaching appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, (unless there is an emergency/unavoidable situation) you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
